Brief History
Emmanuel Care LLC is a healthcare staffing agency registered to conduct business in the State of Michigan since March, 2017. Emmanuel Care LLC was established by Emmanuel Obiora Chinemelu, MSE, MSPED, BSE, a state-licensed educator with a sincere interest in the welfare of children at risk and individuals with disabilities.
Emmanuel Care LLC has continued to grow and respond to the changing needs of the State of Michigan and the local communities in Home Help Agency. Our programs include community-based case management support services for self-determination and assistance towards participation within the community.
